As a Registered Nurse of 19 years I have always been passionate about caring for others; a real empath as the name suggests.
Witnessing the profound devastation of the COVID 19 pandemic as a Critical Care Nurse, forced me to question my own spirituality and identify I needed to self care and heal some deep inner wounds.
During this exploration, I experienced an awakening recognising my path was to help others to energetically align and heal through the practices of Reiki, Sound Meditation and Spiritual Coaching.
I was guided to 'help the helpers'.
